Cottonwood Technology Fund never signs a NDA. Cottonwood reviews around 800 pitch decks per year. If the NDA-period is three or five years we need to track thousands of NDA-agreements. We are not willing to pay the legal fees to review all those agreements and we also don’t want to be limited in sharing decks with our corporate partners. If it’s your first contact with Cottonwood Technology Fund: an option is you send us first a non-confidential deck, so we can check if there is a match anyway. And some entrepreneurs forget that patents are already protected.
