Cottonwood’s portfolio company Reyedar, UMCG, and Koninklijke Visio are awarded €800.000 for a collaborative project to establish a stepped-care model for the screening and rehabilitation of eye and brain diseases using eye-tracking and artificial intelligence! 👁 🧠
The project will start in the Northern regions of the Netherlands: Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe. We aim to become a role model for cost-effective preventive care enabled by accessible and inclusive technology.
We recently achieved an outstanding clinical performance of 97% specificity in detecting glaucoma, and in this project, we will extend our scope to other conditions.
